These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Canada Citizenship Calculator at davevoh.github.io ("the site"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site is an independent informational resource for people researching Canadian citizenship eligibility. It is not affiliated with the Government of Canada, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, or any government body. It is not a law firm, not a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), and not authorised to give immigration advice.
All content on the site is provided for general informational and educational purposes. The calculator produces estimates based on the inputs you provide. The estimates are not a determination of your eligibility for Canadian citizenship and do not replace IRCC's official physical presence calculator at canada.ca. Always verify your eligibility with the official IRCC tool before submitting any application.
Use of the site does not create a lawyer-client, consultant-client, or any other professional relationship between you and the site or its operators. If you need legal or immigration advice for your specific situation, consult a licensed RCIC or an immigration lawyer in good standing.
We make a reasonable effort to keep the content accurate and up to date, but immigration rules change, and individual situations vary. We do not warrant that any information on the site is current, complete, or applicable to your case. You agree to verify any information with official sources before relying on it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
